Bridget Pooley is the Manager of Engagement at Georgetown University’s Center for Social Impact Communication, a research and action center working to ignite the power of responsible marketers, communicators, fundraisers, and journalists to combine their strengths within an organization in order to drive societal change.
Prior to joining the Center in 2014, Bridget served on the corporate partnerships team at Share Our Strength, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to ending childhood hunger in America. During her tenure there, she worked on a team of fundraising and marketing professionals who raised millions of dollars through innovative partnerships with companies for Share Our Strength’s “No Kid Hungry” campaign. As a member of the team, Bridget developed and executed cause-marketing partnerships and event sponsorship activations with brands such as PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, OpenTable, Kiehl’s and Cavit Wines.
Bridget began her career at the Georgetown University Law Center, where she served in a variety of roles for the Academic Conferences and Continuing Legal Education. Her most recent responsibilities at the Law Center included managing an overhaul and redesign of the ACCLE website and administering the Law Center’s executive education programming.
Bridget is a graduate of The Catholic University of America, in Washington, D.C., and is pursuing her master’s degree in Georgetown University’s Integrated Marketing Communications program.Contact Bridget
