About the Center
Profound shifts in the way we communicate with each other and with the brands and causes we care about have created the need for a new kind of communications practitioner—one who is guided by ethics; who takes a strategic approach to using all of today’s tools; and who is passionate about having an impact on the world.
These are the kinds of communicators we work with here at the center, through our coursework, research and industry partnerships.
Our graduates lead communications efforts for nonprofits, corporations and governments, and offer their expertise in agencies and consulting roles. Our research sets the standards of practice and helps define the role of a responsible communicator within the industry. And our partnerships with organizations across the globe have strengthened capacity while giving students invaluable hands-on learning opportunities.
